Unveiling the REC's Equity Plan

Capping off a yearlong effort of the Washington County Racial Equity Collaborative!

As a co-convener of the REC, Vision Action Network hosted the Unveiling of the REC’s Equity Plan on December 14, 2020.

In partnership with Coalition of Communities of Color and members Adelante Mujeres, Bienestar, and Asian Pacific American Network of Oregon (APANO), we celebrated the REC’s accomplishments amidst the challenges of 2020, and shared its Equity Plan.

The REC was thrilled to have District 1 Commissioner-elect Nafisa Fai join us in one of her first appearances since Election Day.

If you were not able to attend, don’t worry! You can watch the recording at the link below, and see the plan here!
