Celebrating its 10th year, Meet the Funders is designed to advance the mutual goals of Washington County nonprofits and local and regional funders by providing a space to cultivate relationships and explore strategic partnerships.
We are thrilled to have three CEOs of local foundations join us for the opening plenary session. Se-ah-dom Edmo of McKenzie River Gathering Foundation, Jesse Beason of NW Health Foundation, and Max Williams of Oregon Community Foundation will share their perspectives on the changing face of philanthropy over the past decade.
FREE Prep-workshop and Optional Lunchtime Seminar
Columbia Bank is hosting a preparatory workshop on October 11, as well as a special lunchtime seminar immediately following Meet the Funders. Both are designed for nonprofits who want to get the most out of their Meet the Funders experience.
Meet the Funders has a strong tradition of producing results. Based on survey responses from last year’s event, nearly 9 out of 10 nonprofit attendees said they acquired new resources to support their organization, and over two thirds of funders felt more determined to pursue investments in Washington County as a result of their participation.
